REFUND POLICY
Things happen—we get it! If you have purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the conference, ticket transfers to colleagues or friends can be made at no cost and are encouraged.
Refund requests will also be accepted until 10 days prior to the event start date. Refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee.
All requests for transfers or refunds must be submitted in writing via email to Desaree at desaree@sra.ca. Please include your full name, contact information, and registration details in your request.
