Fahlman Home Inspections is owned and operated by Chris Fahlman. Chris was born and raised on a farm in Southern Saskatchewan. After selling the farm in 2002, Chris started working with various trades where he grew his skillset to get him where he is today. Everything from framing houses to complete teardown and renovations, to quality control repairs on new builds. Chris has over 17 years experience that has set him up for success to be the best inspector he can be. Chris has spent a long time studying building materials and code as well.
Chris also spent many years working for a large nationally recognized pest control company. There he became a multi-year award winning Pest Control Technician winning awards for both regional and national accomplishments. Chris has a very keen eye for pest and rodent damage as well as looking for the conditions conducive to creating future problems.
Chris uses Thermal Imaging in every inspection he does to look for various hidden conditions that may present themselves. He not only offers sewer line and septic tank inspections, but strongly encourages them on every inspection. If the roof is too high, or too steep of a pitch, Chris will use a drone to get a great view of the roof.
Chris now resides in the quiet community of Mclean where he spends most of his time enjoying the outdoors and is kept busy with his 2 boys. He services areas throughout Southern Saskatchewan including, but not limited to, Regina, Moose Jaw, Weyburn, Estevan, Assiniboia, Carlyle, Redverse, Whitewood, Grenfell, Indian Head, Fort Qu’appelle, Melville, and everywhere in between.
Fahlman Home Inspections offers Pre-List, Pre-Purchase, Post-Purchase and Maintenance Home Inspections. He also offers as a stand alone or add on service – Sewer Inspections, Mold/Asbestos/Testing, Well and Water Quality Testing, Indoor Air Quality Testing, and Pest Inspections. You can be assured you’re covered with Fahlman Home Inspections.
